Kent M. Bank – President/CEO – The senior member of the crew, having taken over from his ailing father and company founder, E.C. Bank, in 1967 at age 25! In an attempt not to micro-manage this talented executive group, he has been extremely active in the Stamping Industry. Served as Board Chairman of the Precision Metalforming Association, which represents the over $70 billion U.S. Stamping Industry. He also served as Council President for ICOSPA – the International Council of Sheet Metal Presswork Associations – then headquartered in Koln, Germany. Members of this international trade association are the U.S., England, Germany, France, Japan, Spain, and Sweden. He is currently serving his 20th consecutive year as a Presidential appointee to advise the Secretary of Commerce and the U.S. Trade Representative on matters affecting Small and Minority Business.

Paul Spaulding – Executive Operations Manager / ISO Management Rep.
Paul manages the day-to-day production activities and the ISO quality program for Minneapolis Washer and Stamping. Paul has been with Minneapolis Washer since 1979 and has over 25 years of manufacturing experience.

Shelley Kadlec – Head Controller – Bean Counter Extraordinaire
Shelley has been with Minneapolis Washer for 6 years. Effective 1/1/2003, she has taken the reigns as Head Controller. She is your primary contact for Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping and most importantly Accounts Receivable. Shelley brings a professional attitude, cool head and a touch of class to Minneapolis Washer. Tom Niebuhr – Expediter – Head Fireman – Tom is the go to guy for all existing order information. He has been with Minneapolis Washer for 10 years. Whether you want to check on order, get shipping status or organize special delivery, Tom can do it all. As former Navy man, Tom is very motivated and extremely organized. Dennis has been with Minneapolis Washer for 32 years. He is worth more than his weight in gold or silver or mild / stainless steel, anything! As the Shop Foreman, Dennis is responsible for purchasing and maintaining mild and stainless steel inventories as well as keeping things running Cadillac-smooth on the production floor.
